Lead Creek Technologies LLC is a privately held, family-owned, company with over 32 years of transportation weather, construction, and maintenance experience. Lead Creek’s commitment to providing the highest level of service, safety, and quality has enabled us to become one of the most recognizable names in transportation weather solutions in the central United States.
We are a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (“WBE”). Lead Creek operates as a roadway, aviation, and rail contractor and product sales & service distributor.
Our sales department is active in 13 states across the central United States. Our products create safer highways and protect the motoring public from hazards on the nation’s roadways. Lead Creek offers the latest technology and innovation for intelligent transportation systems from quality manufacturers.
Lead Creek’s Service Department performs construction and maintenance services, consultation, and training support for many product and system manufacturers. Construction and maintenance services provided by Lead Creek Technologies include the installation of Road and Runway Weather Information Systems and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Lead Creek Technologies operates both as a prime contractor and a subcontractor across the central United States. Lead Creek’s reputation reflects a strong set of values that drives all of our efforts and our mission of being the central US transportation weather leader.

The transportation weather team staff maintain a vast amount of experience with system implementations and training programs in over 45 US states. Our products create safer highways and protect the motoring public from hazards on the nation’s roadways.
Lead Creek offers the latest technology and innovation from quality manufacturers including OTT/Hydromet, Lufft, Great Plains Towers and Contracting Technology/Fabrication just to name a few.

- Runway/Rail Weather Information Systems (RWIS) Equipment Sales, Construction, and Maintenance.
- Specialty Products such as Tower and Pole Mounting Structures and Custom Weather Sensor Instrumentation, FAA- Safety Runway Weather Information Structures and ITS instrument bracket fabrication.
Our Transportation Weather Sales Team is made up of experienced, tenured professionals with vast knowledge of our products, our programs, industry applications and best practices. Lead Creek Technologies continues to build its reputation upon focused and consultative solutions to meet specific customer needs. Our core territory has grown to 13 States in the central United States, but our efforts extend well beyond that geography with participation in many local, state, and federal organizations and industry consortiums. Our success has enabled us to build valuable customer relationships across much the United States and develop a sound vision for growth.
Meet Our Team
Jill is the president and owner of Lead Creek Technologies LLC. She is responsible for all administrative and accounting functions and serves as the company EEO officer. Jill is active in all phases of company management, strategic development and customer training programs.
Kurt is the vice president and co-owner of Lead Creek Technologies LLC. Kurt is directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, sales and operations. Kurt is directly involved with the sales of those products and programs to both agency and contractor market segments in much of the Lead Creek Technologies sales territory.
Mitch is responsible for managing several key areas of the RWIS program deliverables including field maintenance, installations and repair services, equipment configuration, integration, testing, and training.
Kelan is responsible for providing customer installation, service and support to select customers and for marketing and sales of municipal RWIS systems throughout the Lead Creek Technologies Sales territory.
